Plot

At the rebar building construction site in Yokohama, someone shot dead an assistant chief of the Shoji section of the prefectural branch of the Ministry of Development during the inspection. Kida, the president of the Kida group of building construction, was summoned as a reference. He was a leading suspect who was with the victim at the time of the incident. The reason is that it must be the work of a person who needs to close Shoji's mouth because a warrant to appear is issued to Shoji on suspicion of corruption between the construction company and the prefectural bureau. Detective Watari investigated Kida, but Kida knew nothing. On his way home, his car came into contact with a passerby and sent the woman to a clothing store called "Yuri," which was the store of her old mistress, Yuri Mikasa. Kida was pleased to see him again for the first time in two years, but Yuri was cold to him for some reason. The next day, Kida met Tachibana, the president of the Tachibana group in the same industry, about a tribute to Shoji's bereaved family, and learned that Yuri was his mistress and was on the stage as a singer with the support. The investigation was difficult, and there was an incident in which Shoji's eldest son, Shoji, disappeared. The detective swore to his best friend, Kyoko Shoji, to arrest the criminal. There was also an incident in which Yuri was assaulted. The criminal was said to be the disappeared police officer Shoji, and when he opened the PO Box at the Central Post Office with his key, an elaborate fake 5000-yen bill came out. Kida pursued Yuri and confessed that the assault was a play forced by Tachibana. Yuri is addicted to drugs and cannot leave Tachibana. The detective boarded the Tachibana-gumi warehouse and found a pile of fake 5000-yen bills. However, at that time, he was surrounded by the crew, just as Detective Shoji did. Tachibana threatened Yuri to lure Kida and tried to shoot him, but failed. Kida tried to make Yuri self-confessed, but she committed suicide, confessed her love to him, and informed him that Tachibana was flying from Shimoda to Hong Kong. A group of prefectural police headed for Shimoda. The Tachibana gang passed through the guard net with the detective as a shield. Tachibana flew to Shimoda by helicopter. After a shooting battle at the harbor, all the crew were arrested--a few days later, Kida was kindly accompanied by Yuri, who was injured and discharged from the hospital.
